HTML clipboardAbout Al Gross Al began his career over thirty-five years ago at KQIQ in Santa Paula (Ventura), Ca. In 1986, he was co-host of the most listened to radio show of its kind in North America. He was awarded "LA's Top Jock" Disc Jockey Award by readers of the Los Angeles Herald Examiner Newspaper (Hearst Publications). In 1988 Al was Chief Financial Reporter on Financial Broadcasting Network (FBN) which was since purchased by CNBC.  Over the years Gross was successful Program Director of KOVA-FM Ventura, CA, KLVV-AM Santa Maria, CA, Station Manager of KWVE, San Clemente, CA. Also worked on air at KEZY, Anaheim, KWIZ, Santa Ana, and KBBY-FM, KBBQ-AM, Ventura, CA. From 1994 - 2005 Gross co-hosted the longest running Morning Show in Saint Louis on KJSL-AM 630. Al currently hosts 'Morning Drive' on KZQZ-AM 1430, St. Louis MO. Al Gross owns every Top 40 record from 1955 - 1970 (who doesn't?). He has a personal library of over 7,000 records, and he's not afraid to play them!
